Web Data Collection

SysTrack allows you to add a chrome extension app that works in edge, chrome, chromium browsers.

This extension connects to the agent service to collect URL traffic. You can set up allowed lists so we do not monitor all traffic.

The data we collect around URL traffic is solely related to the performance of that web page. We collect this timing data to ensure the end user has a good experience when using products that the organization cares about.

For example, if you are a Salesforce customer, if suddenly your Salesforce instance is loading slowly for everyone, you'll be able to see that this is likely a Salesforce problem. Alternatively, if you have an intranet that is self hosted, and that is suddenly slow, not only would you get server logs, you'll get what really matters, the end user's perception of how well the site is loading.
